WOW Programs
Week of Welcome is a university-wide effort to engage returning students and to welcome new students to our campus by acclimating them to the many programs, services, and traditions present at UNC Charlotte. All programs are hosted by UNC Charlotte departments and student organizations. The programs allow all new and returning students to see all of the opportunities that are available at UNC Charlotte. The programs are free to UNC Charlotte students.
If you are a campus department or a student organization and you would like to host an event during Week of Welcome, program proposals will be available in March. Please make sure to fill out he proposal completely and include current contact information. As a reminder, student organizations can apply for funding through the Student Organizations Office to host your Week of Welcome event.
